Spring Break and Battle creek Canyon with cousins

We went to Wyoming to visit Dave and Heather and their family.  Jon and Melissa and their kids came too.  Unfortunately the car broke down, but me and Dan were able to rescue them and still manage to have a great conference weekend with Heather and Dave.  Of course the only pics I have are with the boys in their Burger King crowns, ha, ha, ha boys are the best!

We hiked battle creek canyon with Jon and Melissa and all the boys, we had a lot of fun.

Christian turns 7!!!!

Christian wanted to go to Tepanyaki for his birthday, he's a big spender ;) they loved it so don't be fooled by the look of sheer terror in the next pick :)

Dan's Amsterdam trip

Dan had to go to Amsterdam for a trade show.  Evan thought it was called Hamsterdam and that he was going to go and build dams with Beavers.  I think that may have been a more interesting trip,but regardless Dan had a good trip and got some fun pics.

It's the Big 5 for Evan Boy!

As usual I have loaded the pics backward so from the bottom up.  Evan chose crepe's for his birthday breakfast, we found a very good vegan crepe recipe that he loves. Then we partied hard with his friends Stratton, Sam G, Sam C, Korver, and of course Christian. Then for his birthday dinner he chose his all time favorite, chicken pot pie.  Happy Birthday Evan we love you!

Merry Christmas 2013

This Christmas we were lucky to have Norbert and Susan stay with us for 3 weeks during Christmas break. Dan and Evan decided to throw in a surprise twist and get strep throat on Christmas Eve.  thankfully we were able to get them started with that day. After everyone was well we all had a lovely time, so much so that we didn't take very many pictures.  But here are the ones we did take. 

Dan's goal was to make it through Christmas morning. He did it! Then went promptly back to bed.  Can you see his poor swollen throat?  Poor guy!
