Christian got a hold of the camera I thought the pictures he took were really cute. To the right Christian is freaking out because he wants to take the picture, but it's still a cute pic I think :)
Wow time is just flying by! It feels like my kids are literally getting bigger every time I blink. It is crazy how different the two of them are even though they look alike. Evan is a cute chubby little guy he weighed in at 14lbs at his 4 month... Christian on the other hand I don't think he weighed that much until he was 6 or 7 months old. In fact he is still pretty scrawny, cute, but scrawny he still only weights 23lbs. Christian was rolling over and sitting up all by himself by 5 months, and Evan still thinks tummy time is a form of torture after about 30 seconds of being on his tummy. Christian's cries were really quiet even as he got older- Evan sounds like he's got a megaphone in his crib with him :) Both are very smiley though and love to talk (at any age) and I love them both so much, it's crazy hard sometimes being a mom but it's so worth it. Your kids always end up doing something each day that makes you say "Yeah today was crappy but that just made it all worth it" like when Christian will come up and randomly hug you and give kisses, and sweet little Evan's eyes light up the minute you look at him. I am blessed, great husband, fantastic kids- that's all I have to say.

Memorial Day Fun
We had a great memorial day. First we started off by making an awesome breakfast of hash browns and amazing omelets. Then Dan and Christian went down to the pool for about an hour. Christian has always like swimming, but he now loves it- every since memorial day he begs Dan to take him swimming :) After swimming we went to my parents for a picnic with the family and then we went to visit our Grandma's grave sites. After that we went back for a second dip in the pool but this time with Miriam, Whitney, Haley,a and Katie as well. And if you didn't think things could get any better, Greg and Erika said they would take the boys while me and Dan went to go see a movie. It was a great day, and very much needed we have been totally stressed about the whole buying and selling houses thing.

Gratitude
So me and Dan have had to get really creative with our organization habits while living in our condo. Things are tight to say the least with this many people and toys in our once big space, now very small space. :) Now you might be asking yourself, Beth why don't you just sell your condo and buy a bigger place. I would love too, but we have to work off some of our debt before we can qualify for a loan. So we've been kind of bumbed about our finances. Well I was quickly humbled and was quick to remember how blessed we are when the other night we heard a little knock on our door at 9:00 pm. We opened the door and this cute little girl who was probably 6 or 7 (her Dad was with her) was standing there with a bucket full or bread. On the bucket it said "I'm helping my Dad" She said that her Dad had been out of work for a long time and that she was helping there family earn money by going door to door selling bread... commence tearing-up eyes. Me and Dan bought some bread from her and her Dad and wished them the best. We closed the door and all I could say is "wow, we have nothing to complain about it, absolutley nothing." I felt very humbled and everything the Lord has blessed our little family was brought sharply into focus. I am grateful!!!
