Dan here! Ok, so I have a habit of putting my clothes of the floor. Yes, yes, I know. Shame on me. Recently Beth has been putting clothes on the doorknob of our bedroom and bathroom. This begs me to ask the question, "What is better, clothes on the floor or clothes on the door?" :)

Sorry Dan! Beth learned the clothes on the door thing from her Mom. It comes from being a hurried mother who needs to put things away but doesn't want them on the floor but will surely put them away "in just a minute." She may eventually grow out of it with patience from you.
It's a tough one. As a mom that is always trying to keep her small space tidy. Clothes on the floor drives me NUTS! Unfortunatly, I think I leave them on the floor all the time, so I can't complain. But I am also guilty of the doorknob thing, which always seems cleaner. :)
